Sloppy Joe *IN FOSTER*

Sloppy Joe is a male domestic medium hair orange and white cat available for adoption at Catoro Cafe in East Vancouver. 

Sloppy Joe is the cutest and friendliest little dude ever who has had a very rough start to life. He was abandoned at a vet's office along with his sister when they were only a few weeks old. His sister was too sick and sadly passed away. Sloppy Joe was kept in a cage at the vet's office most of his life, so he is very sweet but undersocialized. He gets stressed out in a carrier/small space and paces back and forth. 

Sloppy Joe had awful ulcers on his eyes and one eye could not be saved. His other eye has significant scarring and so he has a limited range of vision. He also has a little kink at the end of his tail.

Sloppy Joe had surgery in April 2026 for a hernia but unfortunately the surgery failed and he is awaiting a second surgery. 

Sloppy Joe is a bit shy at first but with time he will blossom into an affectionate lap cat and loves to snuggle with you. He also has a playful side and likes to wrestle with other cats. 

Sloppy Joe is currently staying with a loving foster until he recovers from hernia surgery.
