Chloe is a curious little sweetheart. She likes to observe things around her as if she's about to write an essay on whatever it is she's watching. Chloe likes to meow for your attention and it works 100% every time, she has a chirpy little meow and it is absolutely heart melting. She’s very outgoing and playful, but also very cuddly and receptive to receiving pats and chin rubs.
